frdel 102bef7076 Add model presets, README, and MIT license 
Add initial repository files: an MIT LICENSE (attributing Agent Zero), a README describing the purpose of the Agent Zero presets, and a model_presets.yaml containing default, Efficiency, and Power presets. The YAML defines chat, utility, and embedding configurations (providers, model names, context lengths, vision and RL flags, and misc kwargs) so defaults can be updated independently of the main Agent Zero framework.

Agent Zero Presets

Default configurations used when initializing new Agent Zero instances.

Keeping these presets separate from the main Agent Zero repository allows the defaults to be updated independently of framework releases.
